This is a pair of blue plimsolls I painted with a TARDIS design to sell in my shop ([link]). They sold within a few days.

I used ordinary black and white acrylic to paint the design freehand, then sealed it all with waterproof spray. They took between three and four hours each to complete.

Urban Outfitters online has two shades of blue that look very close to you picture.
